Lisa and Paul Gribbin welcome you to enjoy the sights, sounds and ambiance of Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Richards By The Sea is in the heart of Old Orchard just forty steps to the beach with the famous pier and bustling downtown in the back yard—a very short walk to new shops and restaurants.

Our grounds have gas grills, picnic tables, an outdoor shower and free parking.* Decks off all levels with chairs to relax and enjoy beautiful ocean views.

All units are air conditioned. Linens are provided. Clean towels given daily on request. Daily housekeeping not provided.Sorry, no pets. Owner/Manager on premises.

Smoking permitted on outside decks only. For insurance purposes there will be NO SMOKING anywhere inside the building.

Rates for 2012 All rates subject to 7% State of Maine Lodging Tax.

High Season
July 1st - August 25th and Labor Day Weekend, Aug 31st - Sep 3rd

Kitchenette Efficiency sleeps up to 4: Double bed and double futon, full bath, cable TV.
$139 per night (3-night minimum - some 2 nights available)

1-bedroom Suite sleeps up to 6: Living room (with double futon) separate bedroom (one double and one queen bed, or two double beds), kitchenette with microwave, full bath and cable TV.
$189 per night (3-night minimum - some 2 nights available)

Kitchenette and Suite have 20-inch stove-oven and 15 cu.ft. refrigerator-freezer.

Deposits

A deposit equal to one nights rent is required to hold a reservation. Balance for additional days due before arrival. All funds must be received 14 days prior for final confirmation unless other arrangements (such as, paying upon arrival) have been made. We accept Mastercard and Visa.

All reservations must have a credit card number on file. We do accept money orders or checks in US funds for the deposit if sent 30 days or more in advance.

Cancellations

Deposits are refundable if cancelled at least 15 days earlier. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations. If you are unable to come and it is 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

CHECK IN TIME: 1 p.m.
CHECK OUT TIME: 10 a.m.
We will hold your room until 5pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving late.

* Parking for one car per unit available on our lot. Parking for oversized vehicles will be available off-site for an additional daily charge.
